    Mr Matthew Hogan was formerly an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of United Minerals Corporation NL (UMC) which successfully discovered the Railway Iron Ore DSO deposit in the Central Pilbara.  In February 2010 UMC was acquired by BHP Billiton for AUD$204 million.

    Mr Hogan has had over 30 years experience in the stockbroking industry and was closely involved in bringing a number of Company listings to the ASX, the underwriting of shareholder entitlement issues and corporate placements.

    Mr Fehlberg is a Geologist and has over 40 years of Australia and international exploration experience in iron ore, base metals, gold and diamonds.  He has worked extensively in the East and West Kimberley provinces, the Pilbara region and the Archaean Yilgarn block.  His work has resulted in the discovery and identification of a number of mineral and diamond deposits with the Bellevue, Mt Gibson and Bullabulling gold deposits, all having advanced to commercial production.   He was the foundation Exploration Director of United Minerals Corporation NL (UMC) in 2003, and in this role he directed the team that discovered and delineated the Railway Iron Ore Deposit. UMC was subsequently acquired by BHP Billiton through scheme of arrangement for $204 million in February 2010.

    Mr Birchmore has had extensive international business experience in Australia, Europe and the United States and much of that has been in Gold, Iron, Diamonds and marine services.  As a former Chief Executive of NYSE listed Bond International Gold Inc, the World’s 10th largest gold miner at the time, he had executive responsibility for its worldwide operations, including construction, operations and then joint venturing the Super Pit Gold Mines at Kalgoorlie with Homestake Mining Co.  He was also a former Chairman of St Barbara Mines Limited which operates a 3mtpa Bluebird gold treatment plant.

    Mr Birchmore was a founding member of the Argyle Diamond Mines, which became the world’s largest diamond mine and established the first independent marketing arrangements through Antwerp Belgium. He recently chaired United Minerals Corporation NL through a scheme of arrangement valued $204M with BHP Billiton in which UMC’s interests were acquired to merge its iron ore tonnage with BHPB’s Area C.  He was instrumental in listing Mermaid Marine Australia Ltd which becomes the Australia’s largest marine services provider to the offshore oil and gas industry.

    Mr Birchmore was the former Chairman of Albany Port Authority and Fremantle Ports.
