Terence Hogan OAM, B.Ec. (UWA), FCPA, FCIS, ASIA
Mr Terry Hogan has been engaged in the stockbroking industry for more than 45 years. He is a former Director of Hogan & Partners Stockbrokers Pty Ltd (“Hogan & Partners”) and past Chairman of the former Stock Exchange of Perth Limited.
Mr Terry Hogan is a past Chairman and Director of various public companies and is currently Chairman of the Perth Diocesan Trustees and Anglican Community Fund Inc

Matthew Vernon Hogan MAICD
Mr Matthew Hogan was formerly an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of United Minerals Corporation NL which was acquired by BHP Billiton for AUD$204 million in February 2010.
Mr Hogan has had over 20 years experience in the stockbroking industry and was closely involved in bringing a number of Company listings to the ASX, the underwriting of Shareholder entitlement issues and corporate placements.
Mr Matthew Hogan was a former Company Secretary of Iron Ore Holdings Ltd.

Kerry Taylor BSc MAIG
Mr Kerry Taylor is a geologist with 33 years multi-commodity experience in the exploration and mining industry.
Kerry’s exploration experience includes 10 years in iron ore (Rio Tinto, Polaris Metals) and more than 10 years gold exploration experience (Gencor, Normandy, Polaris Metals). In the 1990’s he was a key member of a Rio Tinto geoscientific research team that formulated a ground- breaking iron ore genesis model for high grade hematite deposits, and identified a new iron ore exploration region for RioTinto south of Newman. More recently he was instrumental in the transition of Polaris Metals from a multi-commodity exploration focus (gold, nickel, uranium) to a dedicated iron ore exploration/mining company. As Polaris Exploration manager Kerry played a key role in the discovery of several substantial iron ore deposits, one of which, Carina, is currently the subject of a Polaris PFS.
Kerry’s current focus with Venus is the identification of world-class concealed mineral deposits using his strong spatial structural interpretation skills and his in-depth knowledge of the tectonic setting and genesis of world-class deposits within Australia and overseas. This work has recently resulted in seven Venus Exploration Licence applications within orogenic belts of Western Australia.

Craig Richard Rosendorff
Mr Craig Rosendorff is a successful businessman based in Perth, Western Australia.
He established his business, ROSENDORFF, in 1973 and it has developed into one of the leading jewellers in Australia.
Mr Craig Rosendorff is recognised for his ability to source quality diamonds and during the past 30 years has developed a significant international network of major participants in the world diamond industry throughout New York, Antwerp, Moscow and London.

Mr Noto has over 15 years experience in finance encompassing a number of roles including
Financial Controller, CFO and Company Secretary for various companies across different
industries, ASX listed and unlisted. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, is a CPA and has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance (Chartered
Secretaries of Australia).
